Led by Chef Carla Mantecon, also known as Cocolita, who was born and raised in Jalisco, Mexico, our catering business is built on a deep love for Mexican cuisine and culture. Her vast knowledge and dedication to flavor have allowed us to cater at prestigious locations, including the embassies of Mexico and Japan, as well as for international organizations, private events, birthday celebrations, and our signature taco and chilaquiles bars.
